We are a cultural food festival with community at its heart! We celebrate the joy of having many cultures and cuisines come into our area. DISFFEST celebrates diversity!
2022
In 2022 we ran the festival for the first time under the banner of a local refugee charity. It was a fantastic success and we knew we had to run it again. You can read our full report here.
Soul Sisters 2022
2024
We had to abandon the planned 2023 festival because a wind storm made it unsafe. However we came back for seconds in 2024! We had even more people to enjoy an even greater variety of cuisines. Our report is here.
2025
In 2025, despite the weather being absolutely atrocious (we had a thunderstorm at 11 meaning that we had to pull everyone out of the tents) we were really delighted to be able to run another really successful event with people commenting on the lovely atmosphere, brilliant food and excellent music.
